At Laynsino, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item received)

  • You changed your mind within the allowable return period (if applicable — see below)

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within [insert time frame, e.g., 14 or 30 days] from delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Assembled furniture (if assembly was done by customer after delivery)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

  • Gift cards or digital items


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and a short explanation.

  3. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item):
    Laynsino covers all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind:
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Return shipping cost may vary depending on your location and size of the item.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective

  • Items that were incorrectly shipped

Exchanges for different colors or models may be accepted depending on stock availability.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you

Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Returns can then be requested following the policy above.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing can take time

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received the refund, contact us directly
