1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

3. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without receiving authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item):
Laynsino covers all return shipping costs. -
If the return is due to a change of mind:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Return shipping cost may vary depending on your location and size of the item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Items that arrived damaged or defective

Items that were incorrectly shipped
Exchanges for different colors or models may be accepted depending on stock availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you
Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Returns can then be requested following the policy above.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
